- Clear acrylic block (to use with clear stamps)

Instructions
- Stamp small swirl randomly on front of card using light blue ink.
- Stamp birthday cake on 2 5/8" x 3 3/8" white cardstock using black ink.
- Color in image with watercolor pencils and blend with blender pen.
- Apply glue pen to dotted background and sprinkle with glitter.
- Mat dotted background on 2 3/4" x 3 1/2" green cardstock.
- Adhere to 3" x 3 3/4" blue dotted cardstock using adhesive foam and adhere to front of card.
