Instructions

1. Print a 4 1/4" x 6 1/4" blue rectangle outline with name inside on light blue cardstock.
2. Trim 1/8" outside the blue rectangle (finished rectangle is 4 5/8" x 6 5/8").
3. Stamp airplane above name using blue ink and emboss with clear powder.
4. Adhere blue rectangle to A7 scallop note.
