Instructions
- Punch an extra large giga circle from white cardstock and adhere to scallop circle.
- Punch an extra large giga circle from yellow cardstock and attach to card using a brad.
- Stamp "happy birthday" on front of card using blue ink and emboss with clear embossing powder.
- Add self-adhesive cupcake to center of card.
- Punch assorted smaller circles from various cardstocks and adhere to front of card as shown.
