Instructions

1. Trim white cardstock to 7"x 5". Score and fold (folded side is the top of card).
2. Stamp birthday hat onto orange cardstock using pink ink. Emboss with clear embossing powder and use scissors to cut out.
3. Stamp "happy birthday" on card using black ink and emboss with clear embossing powder.
4. Add 1" piece of black string to back of hat using adhesive foam.
5. Add hat to card, left of happy birthday sentiment.
6. Add gems as shown, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
7. Notch corners of card using circle punch.
8. Draw two thin black lines around edge of card.
