Instructions

1. Print program on pink shimmer cardstock and trim both pages to 6 3/4" x 4 3/4".
2. Score one inch from left edge.
3. Lay both pieces on top of white scallop note and use Crop-a-Dile to punch two 3/16" holes in the scored area.
4. Tie pages together with yellow ribbon.
