Materials needed:
- 3" x 7" red text weight paper--Yours Truly (three per 8 1/2" x 11" sheet)
- 5" x 7" Vintage Plaid transparency--Hambly Studios (three per 12" x 12" sheet)
- Black sheer ribbon (5/8" width)
- Vellum adhesive, such as Tombow Mono Vellum Adhesive
Suggested tools:
- Slot punch--Making Memories
- Corner rounder
- Paper trimmer
- Ruler
- Scissors
Instructions:
- Begin with a horizontal (landscape) letter-sized document in a word-processing program. Adjust margins to 3/4" on the top and bottom and 1" on the sides. Create three columns. Type and format text in each column.
- Print text on red paper and trim on all sides to create three 3" x 7" pieces.
- Round corners of 5" x 7" transparency.
- Adhere red paper near right edge of transparency using vellum adhesive.
- Punch two holes in left side of invitation, using Slot Punch, as shown. Thread ribbon through holes and tie in knot. Trim ends to desired length.
