Instructions:

1. Trim light blue cardstock to 8" x 8".
2. Size photo to 4" x 6" and adhere to 4 1/4" x 6 1/4" dark blue cardstock. Adhere to page, near center.
3. Using Border Punch System, punch star design on left edge of page, approximately 1" apart, as shown.
4. Adhere small piece of red cardstock to back of page, behind punches.
5. Punch star on additional piece of red cardstock. Use 1 3/8" circle punch to punch red cardstock in a circle, with star in the middle, as shown.
6. Punch 1 1/2" circle from dark blue cardstock and adhere red circle on top. Adhere entire piece to page, overlapping bottom right corner of photo, using Pop Dots.
7. Write name and date around circle using dark blue pen.
8. Add pearls around rest of the circle as shown, using the QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
