Instructions

1. Punch circle from white cardstock and scallop circle from pink cardstock.
2. Stamp sentiment on left side of white circle.
3. Adhere fairy and flower sticker to white circle.
4. Adhere white circle to scallop circle.
5. Punch a hole through the top of both circles.
6. Set a white eyelet through the hole and tie with pink tulle.
