Instructions

1. Print information on 8 1/2" x 11" white cardstock and trim to 5 1/8" x 3 7/8".
2. Punch small circle from blue cardstock.
3. Punch larger circle around the smaller circle, making sure it's centered to make an even ring.
4. Tie ribbon around the ring.
5. Adhere circle to white cardstock.
6. Place footprint sticker in center of the circle.
7. Adhere white cardstock to blue scallop note.
8. Add three small gems to blue ring, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
