- 12" x 12" Poolside Swiss Dot cardstock--Bazzill
- 8 1/2" x 11" white cardstock
- Magical Birthday Cake sticker--Mrs. Grossman's (6038444)
- Black You're Invited rub-ons--Pebbles, Inc. (6052937)
- Adhesive foam
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Instructions
- Adhere 3 3/4" x 5" blue dot paper to green card.
- Punch white scallop circle from white cardstock.
- Adhere cake sticker and bursts around cake to white scallop circle.
- Adhere white scallop circle to card using adhesive foam.
- Apply rub-on sentiment to blue dot cardstock, below cake.
