Instructions

1. Fold bag 1 1/2" from top and punch two holes through all layers.
2. Cut 2 3/4" circle from white cardstock and adhere to pink bag.
3. Punch scallop circle from purple dot cardstock and adhere to white circle.
4. Punch circle from white cardstock and add fairy and butterfly stickers to circle.
5. Adhere white circle to purple scallop circle using adhesive foam.
6. Tie bag closed with two strands of purple ribbon.
