Instructions:

1. Trim off 5 1/2" x 1/2" pink scallops and punch holes in each scallop.
2. Adhere pink scallops to front of green card.
3. Stamp sentiment on blue cardstock with black ink. Sprinkle with clear embossing powder, tapping off excess. Heat with heat gun until image appears shiny and raised.
4. Punch greeting out with 2" circle punch.
5. Punch scallop circle from yellow cardstock and adhere blue circle on top.
6. Add three pink gems to blue circle, using a craft knife to assist you, if necessary.
7. Adhere blue circle to card using Pop Dots, overlapping pink scallops.
8. Adhere pink star to upper left corner of card.
9. Round bottom two corners of card.
