Instructions

1. Cut tile patterned paper to 2" x 10 1/2". Cut flower strip to 1" x 11 1/2", red burst strip to 1 1/4" x 10 3/4", and word strip to 1 3/4" x 11".
2. Ink edges of all strips and mat on red cardstock.
3. Add epoxy clip to tile paper and adhere strips at angles on right side of page.
4. Adhere photo to 9" x 6" brown cardstock and then adhere to 9 1/8" x 6 1/8" red cardstock.
5. Adhere two pieces of ribbon looped around edge of the photo with adhesive. Poke a hole through all layers of paper and adhere two brads through the ribbon and papers.
6. Adhere matted photo to page.
7. Apply rub-on to bottom right corner of photo.
8. Spell title using Thickers.
9. Add Word Fetti above title.
10. Apply rub-on words below title.
11. Adhere buttons to left of rub-on words.
