Instructions
- Tie green ribbon around 5 1/4" x 4" red dot paper and adhere to card.
- Stamp cat on 3 1/8" x 3 1/8" white cardstock.
- Color with watercolor pencils and blend with Dove Blender.
- Stamp sentiment using VersaMark ink and emboss with blue powder.
- Adhere cat to 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" yellow cardstock and adhere to card.
- Apply Glossy Accents to balloons. Allow to dry.
