Instructions

1. Dab paint onto chipboard star, front and back, leaving the texture from the foam applicator and let dry.
2. Add Stickles around edge of star and let dry.
3. Add photo to frame.
4. Add clear gems around circle frame.
5. Adhere two stars together and tie ribbon through top.
