- 8 1/2" x 11" white cardstock
- 12" x 12" Pansy cardstock--Bazzill
- Small pink flower Dazzlers--Petaloo (6059599)
- Mini Glue Dots
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner

- Computer and printer
- Paper trimmer
Instructions
- Print information (we used Kravitz and Scriptina fonts) on white cardstock.
- Trim to 3 3/4" x 5" and adhere to 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" purple cardstock.
- Adhere purple cardstock to green scallop note.
- Adhere three glitter flowers.
