- Quick-Dry Tacky Adhesive--3M
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Instructions
- Trim scored card to 5 1/8" x 3 7/8".
- Adhere felt flowers across bottom of card.
- Apply rub-on sentiment above flowers.
- Add gems inside each flower, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
- Adhere scored card to scallop note.
- Adhere printed information on the inside of card.
