Materials needed:
- 12" x 12" Clear Craft Plastic (acetate)-Grafix (6045629)
- 12" x 12" Blue Lagoon patterned paper-We R Memory Keepers Endless Summer collection (6040604)
- White Jewlery Box chipboard Thickers-American Crafts (6036919)
- 3mm clear gems (6007729)
- Ultramarine StazOn ink (522869)
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
- Vellum adhesive runner--Tombow
Suggested tools:
- Fresh Decor clear stamp set-Art Warehouse (6023818)
- Clear acrylic block (to use with clear stamps)
- Craft knife (optional)
- Paper trimmer
Instructions:
- Adhere two 5" x 5" photos to patterned paper.
- Stamp blue dotted swirls on 12x12 acetate with blue ink.
- Apply clear gems to the swirls, using a craft knife to assist you, if necessary.
- Stick letters on top of acetate for the title.
- Lay acetate over top of patterned paper background. Adhere using a small amount of vellum adhesive in the corners, if desired.
