Instructions:

1. Trim brown dot patterned paper to 11" x 4 1/4". Score and fold in half. 
2. Adhere green ribbon across bottom of card.
3. Apply rub-on owl to brown cardstock and cut out. Adhere to front of card using Pop Dots.
4. Apply brown gems to center of owl's eyes.
5. Tie brown string through three buttons and adhere to card.
6. Use Tape Writer to spell "another year wiser" on red tape. Cut into three segments and stick to card, to the right of owl.
7. Trim chocolate cardstock to 10 1/2" x 3 3/4". Score, fold in half, and adhere to inside of card.
