Instructions:

1. Die-cut scallop border from red, dark blue (twice), and purple cardstock.
2. Die-cut dot border from deep red and blue cardstock.
3. Tie red ribbon through deep red dot border and adhere to page.
4. Trim red cardstock to 12" x 2 1/2" and adhere below dot border.
5. Adhere red scallop border under red cardstock.
6. Trim 10" x 1 1/2" orange cardstcock and adhere to page.
7. Trim 10" x 1/2" yellow cardstock and adhere to page.
8. Tie knot in green ribbon and adhere across page.
9. Trim all blue borders to 11" and adhere to page, with blue dot border between two dark blue scallop borders. 
10. Adhere purple scallop border to bottom of page.
11. Adhere 4" x 5" photo to 4 1/8" x 5 1/8" white cardstock and adhere to page, as shown.
12. Adhere three 2 1/4" x 2 1/4" photos to red cardstock strip, as shown.
13. Adhere orange ribbon, buttons, and photo turn at end of orange cardstock strip.
14. Adhere yellow button to page, as shown.
15. Adhere 3" x 3" photo to 3 1/8" x 3 1/8" white cardstock and adhere to page, at end of blue borders. 
16. Adhere 1 1/2" x 2" photo to bottom right corner of page, as shown.
17. Add blue gems inside holes in blue dot border, using a craft knife to assist you, if necessary.
18. Using the Tape Writer, spell out "seriously" on red tape and stick to blue border. Add two blue staples.
19. Die-cut "Silly" from white cardstock using Stardust dies and adhere to bottom of page, using Xyron Create-a-Sticker.
20. Add three purple brads to purple border.
