- 12" x 12" Bright Lights Bling cardstock--Bazzill (6027402)
- 8 1/2" x 11" 24 Karat Bling cardstock--Bazzill (6033364)
- 8 1/2" x 11" acetate (pack of 10)--The Paper Company (6036637)

Instructions:
- Trim orange cardstock to 8" x 8".
- Size photo to 6 1/2" x 4 1/2" and adhere on 6 3/4" x 4 3/4" blue shimmer cardstock.
- Adhere blue shimmer cardstock to orange cardstock background, near top.
- Die-cut two scallop borders from Pacific and Skylar cardstock and use the inverse of scallop to create waves.
- Die-cut duck from yellow and orange cardstock and adhere over waves, using a Pop Dot.
- Die-cut "tub" from acetate.
- Using a foam brush, paint the edges of the letters using Buttercup paint.
- Adhere letters to page using Mini Glue Dots. Add Rain Dots on top of letters to hide Glue Dots beneath.
- Die-cut "Time" from yellow cardstock and adhere to page.
