Instructions:

1. Size three photos to 2 1/2" x 5 1/2" and adhere to 2 5/8" x 5 5/8" blue cardstock. Adhere to top of orange patterned paper background.
2. Journal (either by hand or on computer) on yellow cardstock, adhere to 2 3/8" x 5 3/8" blue cardstock, and adhere to page.
3. Add chipboard photo corner to journaling block.
4. Apply "cool in the pool" rub-on below photos.
5. Cut wave from patterned paper and adhere to bottom half of page.
6. Apply Glossy Accents over white portions of patterned paper wave. Allow ample dry time.
7. Size photo to 5 1/2" x 3" and adhere to 5 5/8" x 3 1/8" blue cardstock. Adhere to bottom right corner of page. 
8. Apply "Summer" and "2008" rub-ons to 5 1/2" x 1 1/2" white cardstock. Adhere to 5 3/4" x 1 3/4" orange cardstock.
9. Add gems to corners of title block, using a craft knife to assist you, if necessary. Adhere title block to page as shown, using Pop Dots.
10. Adhere orange ribbon across bottom of the page, approximately 1/2" from bottom edge.
