Instructions:

1. Trim blue cardstock to 8 1/2" x 9" and adhere to patterned paper background.
2. Trim star patterned paper to 8 1/4" x 8 3/4" and adhere to blue cardstock.
3. Trim red cardstock to 7 1/8" x 5 1/8", adhere photo, and adhere to star patterned paper.
4. Trim three photos to 2" x 2", adhere to 2 1/8" x 2 1/8" red cardstock, and adhere to star patterned paper.
5. Adhere "all-american" sticker to photo, using Pop Dots.
6. Die-cut letters "B" and "Y" from blue shimmer cardstock. Adhere letters and a fireworks sticker (acting as the letter "O") to photo, using Pop Dots.
7. Add "little firecracker" word sticker to star patterned paper.
8. Adhere three fireworks stickers to page, using Pop Dots. Embellish stickers with gems, as shown, using craft knife to assist you, if necessary.
9. Adhere "independence day" word sticker to bottom right corner of page, using Pop Dots.
10. Add one small fireworks sticker in upper left corner of the page. Add gem to center of sticker, using craft knife to assist you, if necessary. 
11. Add gems to ends of patterned paper flourishes as shown, using craft knife to assist you, if necessary.
