Instructions:

1. Size two photos to 4" x 2" and adhere to 4 1/8" x 2 1/8" Pauly-Poo cardstock. Adhere to black cardstock page, near bottom.
2. Die-cut wave border from Sea Water and Ocean cardstock. Assemble and adhere to bottom edge of layout, overlapping photos slightly.
3. Adhere chipboard "Splish Splash" accent to page, as shown.
4. Use the 1 3/4" and 1 3/8" circle punches to punch out a variety of circles from patterned paper. Ink edges of each circle. Adhere in a line across layout as shown, using Pop Dots for three of them.
5. Add gems to circles as shown, using a craft knife to assist you, if necessary.
6. Ink edges of 12" x 1 1/8" dotted patterned paper strip and adhere to layout, approximately 3" from top.
7. Size two photos to 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" and adhere to page.
8. Size photo to 4" x 6", adhere to 4 1/4" x 6 1/4" Pauly-Poo cardstock, and adhere to page. Add chipboard photo corner.
9. Die-cut flamingo from light and dark pink glittered cardstock, orange cardstock, and black cardstock. Assemble, using Pop Dots for the wing, and adhere to layout.
10. Die-cut "SUN" from yellow patterned paper and adhere to layout. Add yellow gems to letter "S", using a craft knife to assist you, if necessary.
11. Apply rub-on letters to spell "kissed" beneath title.
