Instructions

1. Score and fold 5 1/2" x 11" red cardstock in half.
2. Lay template on white cardstock and rub VersaMark ink over the circle burst.
3. Remove template, cover ink with red embossing powder, and heat.
4. Cut burst into a circle, using Curvy Cutter.
5. Stamp sentiment in center of circle and ink edges.
6. Lay circle template on card and trace circles using black Glaze pen. Draw dashed lines using Millennium pen. Draw a dot over the next ring of circles and lay red gems over the dots.
7. Lay clear gems over the larger ring in ascending order.
8. Tie red and black ribbon around front of card and knot.
9. Adhere stamped sentiment to card using adhesive foam.
