Instructions:

1. Trim yellow dot patterned paper to 4 1/2" x 6 1/2" and round the bottom corners.
2. Ink edges and adhere to green cardstock background, 1" from left side.
3. Trim candle paper to two 7 1/2" x 1 1/2" strips and ink edges.
4. Adhere both strips to left edge of page, overlapping yellow dot patterned paper.
5. Adhere pink chipboard frame over a 4" x 6" photo and adhere to page, as shown.
6. Die-cut "one" from pink cardstock and ink edges.
7. Adhere die-cut letters to page, using Pop Dots. Add pink dots to "o" and "e", using a craft knife to assist you, if necessary. 
8. Adhere chipboard scallop strip 3/8" from bottom of page.
9. Trim two photos to 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" and adhere to 2 5/8" x 2 5/8" pink cardstock. Adhere to page, as shown.
10. Add cupcake sticker to 7/8" x 7/8" pink cardstock and adhere over two photos, using Pop Dots.
11. Die-cut arrow from yellow cardstock and adhere over pink cardstock. Adhere to page.
12. Add "Birthday Girl" sticker to 3 1/8" x 1" pink cardstock and adhere over arrow, using Pop Dots.
13. Add glitter sticker numbers to bottom right corner of page.
14. Ink edges of entire layout.
