Instructions
- Score and fold 5 1/2" x 11" red cardstock in half.
- Lay template on white cardstock and rub VersaMark ink over the circle burst.
- Remove template, cover ink with red embossing powder, and heat.
- Cut burst into a circle, using Curvy Cutter.
- Stamp sentiment in center of circle and ink edges.
- Lay circle template on card and trace circles using black Glaze pen. Draw dashed lines using Millennium pen. Draw a dot over the next ring of circles and lay red gems over the dots.
- Lay clear gems over the larger ring in ascending order.
- Tie red and black ribbon around front of card and knot.
- Adhere stamped sentiment to card using adhesive foam.
