Instructions

1. Lay 3 1/2" strip of patterned paper over circle and trim off excess.
2. Adhere patterned paper to circle and score a line 1" from left edge.
3. Lay patterned paper, scored circle, and another circle on top of each other and punch two holes to the left of the scored line.
4. Tie pieces together with ribbon.
5. Stamp sentiment on pink cardstock using VersaMark ink and emboss with Aqua embossing powder.
6. Punch out with 1 3/4" circle punch.
7. Punch 2" circle from white cardstock and adhere sentiment on top of white circle.
8. Punch scallop circle from lime cardstock.
9. Adhere white circle to scallop circle.
10. Adhere scallop circle to card using adhesive foam.
