Instructions:

1. Begin with a horizontal (landscape) letter-sized document in a word-processing program. Create two columns and adjust the margins to match the dimensions above. Type and format text, leaving space for the patterned paper.
2. Print text on luxe white paper and trim on all sides to create two 4½" x 6½" pieces.
3. Adhere patterned paper near the bottom edge of luxe white paper.
4. Using a ¼" hole punch, punch two holes near top of luxe white paper.
5. Thread ribbon through holes as shown. Trim ends at an angle to desired length.
6. Adhere luxe white paper to flat scallop note using Mini Pop Dots.
