Instructions
- Adhere 5 1/4" x 4" blue paper (back side of multi-dot paper) to orange card.
- Die-cut scallop frame from plaid paper and adhere to blue paper.
- Punch 1 3/4" orange circle and adhere to plaid paper.
- Adhere ribbon across orange circle.
- Stamp sentiment on blue cardstock using VersaMark ink and emboss with orange embossing powder. Adhere over orange circle, using Pop Dots.
- Add an orange dot to the ribbon on each side of the sentiment.
