- 8 1/2" x 11" white cardstock
- 8 1/2" x 11" black cardstock--Bazzill
- Pink/black checked ribbon--May Arts (6046238)
- Pink ric rac--May Arts (530535)
- Pink stitched black ribbon--May Arts (6046237)

- Wonder Tape
- Pop Dots--All Night Media
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner

Instructions
- Trim white cardstock to ?????????? and score in half.
- Trim ribbons to 5" and adhere, using Wonder Tape.
- Punch 2" black circle and add ribbon gems to circle.
- Punch scallop circle from pink shimmer cardstock.
- Adhere black circle to pink scallop circle and then adhere entire piece to card, using Pop Dots.
- Adhere white card to pink scallop note.
