Instructions

1. Die-cut owl from light pink, dark pink, and white cardstocks and assemble as shown. Adhere head at a slight angle, using Mini Pop Dots.
2. Color eyes in using a black pen. Use glue pen to draw lines on owl's stomach and add pink flock.
3. Adhere owl to pool scallop note.
4. Apply rub-on letters to spell "save the hooters".
5. Punch hole through white and pool circles and tie together with pink ribbon.
