Instructions
- Die-cut ribbon from glitter paper and adhere to brown scallop note.
- Punch hole through brown scallop and pink circle and tie together with ribbon.
- Adhere pink Glitter Domes to each scallop, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
