Materials needed:
- 4 3/8” x 6 3/8” peppermint cardstock—The Paper Company (two per 8½” x 11” sheet)
- 4½” x 6½” quartz text or cover weight paper—Yours Truly (two per 8½” x 11” sheet)
- A7 black scallop flat note—Yours Truly
- Black velvet flower brad—
- Creative Imaginations
- Graphite black ink—Brilliance
- Clear embossing powder
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Suggested tools:
- Elegant Flourishes clear stamp set—Autumn Leaves
- Clear acrylic block or stamp press (to use with clear stamp)
- Heat gun
- Paper trimmer
- Pencil
- Ruler
Instructions:
- Begin with a vertical (portrait) letter-sized document in a word-processing program. Adjust margins to 1” on all sides. You will be able to fit two invitations worth of text in the space, one at the top and one at the bottom. Type and format text, leaving room for stamp.
- Print text on peppermint cardstock and trim on all sides to create two 4 3/8” x 6 3/8” pieces.
- Stamp image on right side of peppermint cardstock. Sprinkle with embossing powder, tapping off excess. Heat with heat gun until image appears shiny and raised.
- Adhere velvet flower brad as shown.
- Adhere peppermint cardstock to quartz paper.
- Adhere quartz paper to black flat scallop note.
