Instructions

1. Trim white cardstock to 8" x 9 1/4". Score and fold in half.
2. Die-cut Happy Birthday scallop circle three times, once in each color.
3. Adhere scallops and orange negative piece to card using adhesive runner. Trim top and bottom scallops. Adhere letters using Create-a-Sticker.
4. Add gems, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
