Instructions

1. Punch a hole in each scallop and adhere scallop circle to pink circle.
2. Die-cut pink ribbon from glitter paper and adhere to white scallop circle.
3. Using Curvy Cutter, cut 5" white circle and adhere to back of pink circle (for a place to write a note).
