Materials needed:
- Pink scallop circle flat note—Yours Truly
- White circle flat note—Yours Truly
- Pink satin ribbon (3/8” width)
- Black StazOn ink
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Suggested tools:
- Baby Boy clear stamp set—Hero Arts
- Clear acrylic block or stamp press (to use with clear stamp)
- ¼” hole punch
- Scissors
Instructions:
- Size photo to a 4¼” circle (or size photo larger and cut into a circle). Adhere photo to pink flat scallop circle.
- Stamp image on white flat circle.
- Layer pink scallop circle on top of white circle and punch hole in the top.
- Thread ribbon through holes and tie in knot. Trim ends at an angle to desired length.
