- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner

Instructions
- Cut 5" circle from green patterned paper (using Curvy Cutter), ink edges, and adhere to top of can.
- Trim cupcake paper to 3 1/4" x 12" and 3 1/4" x 9". Adhere pieces together to make one long piece. Place inside can along the bottom. Adhere ends together.
- Wrap string around can several times.
- Punch a scalloped circle from patterned paper. Ink edges and add rub-on. Punch a 1/8" hole. Thread a piece of string through and tie onto string wrapped around can.
