Materials needed:
- 3½” x 4 7/8” clear vellum (four per 8½” x 11” sheet)
- 4-bar flat note (any color)—Yours Truly
- Silver eyelet—Making Memories
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Suggested tools:
- Crop-A-Dile—We R Memory Keepers
- Paper trimmer
- Pencil
- Ruler
Instructions:
- Begin with a horizontal (landscape) letter-sized document in a word-processing program. Adjust margins to ½” on the sides and ¾” on the top and bottom. Create two columns. You will be able to fit two save-the-date cards worth of text in each column, one at the top and one at the bottom. Type and format text.
- Change printer settings to print on vellum (consult your printer’s manual). Print text on vellum and trim on all sides to create four 3½” x 4 7/8” pieces.
- Size photo to 3½” x 4 7/8”. Adhere to 4-bar flat note.
- Layer vellum on photo flat note. Using Crop-A-Dile, punch a hole in the center of both layers, near the top.
- Insert eyelet in hole and use Crop-A-Dile to set.
