Instructions

1. Trim striped paper to 5" x 5", ink edges, and adhere to green flat note.
2. Score and fold 8 1/2" x 3 1/4" blue cardstock. Punch a hole through both layers in the center of the open end.
3. Print information on white cardstock, trim to 3 3/4" x 2 3/4", and adhere to inside of blue cardstock.
4. Adhere 3 3/4" x 2 3/4" photo to front of blue cardstock. Tie blue cardstock shut using blue ribbon tied in a single knot.
5. Adhere blue cardstock to striped paper.
