Materials needed:

  • 5” x 7” bluebell cover weight paper (2)—Yours Truly (two per 8½” x 11” sheet)
  • Black ribbon (1/2” width)

Suggested tools:

  • ¼” hole punch
  • Paper trimmer
  • Pencil
  • Ruler
  • Scissors

Instructions:

  1. Begin with a vertical (portrait) letter-sized document in a word-processing program. Adjust margins to ¾” on the sides and ½” on the top and bottom. You will be able to fit both pages in the space, one at the top and one at the bottom. Type and format text, leaving room for ribbon.
  2. Print text on bluebell paper and trim on all sides to create two 5” x 7” pieces.
  3. Punch two holes on left edge of bluebell paper, punching through both layers.
  4. Thread ribbon through holes and tie in knot. Trim ends to desired length.
