Instructions

1. Print information on white cardstock (we used Brock Script and Apple Garamond fonts) and trim to 4 3/4" x 3 3/8".
2. Adhere text to black flat note.
3. Add clear gems in-between the date using a QuickStik or craft knife, if necessary.
