Instructions:

1. Begin with a horizontal (landscape) letter-sized document in a word-processing program. Adjust margins to ½” on all sides and create two columns. You will be able to fit two menus worth of text in each column, one at the top and one at the bottom. Type and format text.
2. Print text on quartz paper and trim on all sides to create four 3¾” x 5” pieces.
3. Adhere quartz paper to flat scallop note.
