- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Instructions
- Cut photo into a 3" circle and adhere to scalloped circle flat note.
- Adhere flowers. Add center to smaller flower.
- Add gems, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
- Add rub-on under photo.
- Adhere scalloped circle to green circle.
- Write message on back side, if desired.
