Instructions

1. Score and fold 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" shimmer cardstock in half to create card.
2. Stamp swirl in lower right corner of 4" x 5 1/4" cream cardstock using Espresso paint. Stamp sentiment in upper left corner using paint and allow to dry.
3. Lightly add paint to edge of cardstock and allow to dry.
4. Lay flourish screen over flourish in corner and lightly spray with green mist. Remove screen and lightly spray with blue mist. Allow to dry.
5. Paper will curl after misting, so bend back after it has dried and adhere to card front.
6. Paint chipboard frame using Tattered Leather mist and allow to dry. Lightly sand off top of embossed frame.
7. Lightly spray frame with Blue Skies mist and allow to dry.
8. Adhere chipboard frame over sentiment and add Distress Stickles to frame.
9. Add blue gems near frame using a QuickStik or craft knife to assist you, if necessary.
