Materials needed:
- 2” x 2” green cardstock—Bazzill Basics (36 per 12” x 12” sheet)
- 2” x 2” black text or cover weight paper—Yours Truly (20 per 8½” x 11” sheet)
- 4½” x 6½” luxe cream text or cover weight paper—Yours Truly (two per 8½” x 11” sheet)
- 4¾” x 6¾” green cardstock—Bazzill Basics (two per 8½” x 11” or 12” x 12” sheet)
- Black StazOn ink
- Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner
Suggested tools:
- Graduation hat die-cut—QuicKutz
- Revolution or Squeeze die-cutting machine—QuicKutz
- Wedding clear stamp set—Fiskars
- Clear acrylic blocks or stamp press (to use with clear stamp)
- Paper trimmer
- Pencil
- Ruler
Instructions:
- Begin with a horizontal (landscape) letter-sized document in a word-processing program. Adjust margins to 1” on all sides and create two columns. Type and format text, leaving room for stamp and die-cut.
- Print text on luxe cream paper and trim on all sides to create two 4½” x 6½” pieces.
- Adhere luxe cream paper to large green cardstock.
- Adhere large green cardstock to black flat note.
- Stamp swirl image on invitation.
- Die-cut graduation hat from small green and black cardstock. Layer green piece on top of black piece, and adhere entire piece to bottom right corner of invitation, as shown.
