Score and fold 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" teal cardstock in half and round bottom two corners.
Place 5" x 3 7/8" black cardstock inside embossing folder and run through Texture Boutique. Round bottom two corners.
Adhere black cardstock to top of card.
Adhere felt pad to velcro on inking handle.
Draw a line of Stream ink and a line of Cloudy Blue ink next to each other on the felt pad.
Add blending solution between the two colors so it saturates most of the color.
Lightly dab ink onto flower until entire flower is covered.
Hold flower in hand and without touching the center of the flower, drop several drops of Blending Solution to center of flower and watch the ink get pushed outwards, creating a light colored center.
Allow flower to dry (process can be sped up with a heat tool), add brad to center, and adhere to card using Glue Dots.
Spell senitment with glitter letters to right of flower.
