Instructions

1. Trim patterned paper to 2 1/4" x 8" and insert into pail.
2. Add border sticker around the bottom edge of pail.
3. Add "mom" stickers to front of pail.
4. Add gems, using a craft knife or QuickStik to assist you, if necessary.
5. Punch circle from patterned paper and adhere to top of pail. Add flower sticker.
6. Add tags to handle.
