Instructions

1. Fold 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" blue cardstock in half.
2. Stamp jewel stamp on 4 1/2" x 3 1/4" blue cardstock and emboss with white embossing powder.
3. Round all four corners and adhere to 5 1/4" x 4" light blue cardstock.
4. Adhere light blue cardstock to card.
5. Cover 2 1/8" x 3 7/8" white cardstock with VersaMark ink, sprinkle Aqua embossing powder all over and emboss.
6. Stamp Imperial Jewel with VersaMark on already Aqua embossed cardstock.  Emboss with Sky Blue embossing powder.
7. On same panel, stamp bird cages with VersaMark ink and emboss with white powder.
8. Stamp birds on same panel and emboss with black embossing powder.
9. Round bottom two corners and adhere cardstock to card.
