Score and fold 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" red cardstock in half.
Stamp Santa on 2 3/8" x 3 3/8" white cardstock, color using colored pencils, and blend using Dove Blender. Apply white flock to beard and fuzzy parts of suit using a glue pen.
Apply adhesive sheet to 5 1/4" x 1 3/8" black cardstock strip and round corners of one end.
Remove adhesive backing on black cardstock strip and cover with black flock.
Punch four holes, 3/4" apart, in flocked cardstock to create a belt.
Punch 1 1/4" square from yellow cardstock and and punch a 1 3/8" square around the smaller square to create the small frame. Cut a tiny piece for the buckle tongue and adhere to yellow frame.
Adhere completed belt to lower edge of card.
Adhere Santa to 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" black cardstock and adhere to card using Pop Dots.
