Materials needed:

  • 2¾” x 4” bark cardstock—Bazzill Basics (12 per 12” x 12” sheet)
  • 4” x 9¼” pool cover weight paper—Yours Truly (two per 8½” x 11” sheet)
  • Teal sheer ribbon (5/8” width)
  • Dry adhesive, such as a tape runner

Suggested tools:

  • Paper trimmer
  • Pencil
  • Ruler
  • Scissors

Instructions:

  1. Begin with a horizontal (landscape) letter-sized document in a word-processing program. You will be able to fit two invitations worth of text on each sheet, one at the top and one at the bottom. Type and format text, leaving room on left side.
  2. Print text on pool paper and trim on all sides to create two 4” x 9¼” pieces.
  3. Adhere bark cardstock to left side of pool paper.
  4. Wrap ribbon around invitation, over the seam of bark cardstock and pool paper. Tie in knot and trim ends at an angle to desired length.
