Instructions

Cover:

1. Apply bike rub-on to bottom right corner of 6 1/4" x 6 1/4" white cardstock.
2. Round right corners of 4 1/2" x 3" yellow dot paper, ink edges, and adhere to white cardstock.
3. Ink edges of 1 1/2" x 6 1/4" teal patterned paper and adhere to left side of white cardstock.
4. Apply orange pinwheel rub-on to cover.
5. Add faux stitching around white cardstock using teal pen.
6. Print "How we spent our" on orange cardstock (We used Ampersand font.), trim to 3/8" strips, and adhere to yellow cardstock.
7. Spell "Summer" using teal chipboard sticker letters.
8. Adhere white cardstock to kraft cover.
9. Use circle stencil to apply teal, green, orange, and yellow circles of gems to cover, using the i-Rock tool.

Page 1-2:

1. Apply tree rub-on to left side of kraft cover. Trim off excess.
2. Print names and date on orange cardstock, trim, and adhere.
3. Adhere three buttons using Glue Dots.
4. Trim purple dot cardstock to 6" x 6" for page 2.
5. Adhere 6" strip of teal patterned paper across bottom.
6. Mat photo on 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" white cardstock and adhere to page.
7. Adhere buttons to page using Glue Dots.

Page 3-4:

1. Adhere dotted 6" x 6" purple cardstock to back of page 2.
2. Round corners of 3" x 5" teal cardstock and adhere to left side of page.
3. Mat photo on 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" white cardstock and adhere to page.
4. Trim dotted 6" x 6" purple cardstock for page 4.
5. Apply bee rub-on in upper right corner.
6. Mat photo on 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" white cardstock and adhere to page.
7. Print label on orange cardstock and adhere to lower right corner.

Page 5-6:

1. Adhere 6" x 6" yellow cardstock to back of page 4.
2. Apply bird rub-on in lower left corner of page 5.
3. Mat photo on 4 1/4" x 3 3/4" white cardstock and adhere to page.
4. Print label on orange cardstock, trim, and adhere below photo.
5. Trim yellow cardstock to 6" x 6" for page 6.
6. Adhere 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" pinwheel patterned paper to yellow cardstock.
7. Adhere photo to 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" white cardstock and adhere to page.
8. Adhere buttons to lower right corner using Glue Dots.

Page 7-8:

1. Adhere 6" x 6" Lakeshore cardstock to back of page 6.
2. Apply sunshine rub-on and flower rub-ons to page 7.
3. Mat photo on 4 1/4" x 3 1/4" white cardstock and adhere to page.
4. Print label on orange cardstock, trim, and adhere below photo.
5. Trim Lakeshore cardstock to 6" x 6" for page 8.
6. Adhere 5 3/4" x 5 3/4" patterned paper to page 8.
7. Mat photo on 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" white cardstock and adhere to page.
8. Adhere buttons using Glue Dots.

Page 9-10:

1. Adhere 6" x 6" green cardstock to back of page 8.
2. Adhere strip of patterned paper blocks to top of page 9.
3. Mat photo on 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" white cardstock and adhere to page.
4. Trim green cardstock to 6" x 6" for page 10.
5. Cut out blocks and round corners.
6. Ink edges and adhere one black flat to page and one block using Pop Dots in lower right corner.
7. Adhere photo to 4 1/4" x 3 1/2" white cardstock.
8. Print label on orange cardstock, trim, and adhere below photo.

Page 11-12:

1. Adhere 6" x 6" green cardstock to back of page 10.
2. Round corners of 3" x 5" yellow dot paper and adhere to left side of page.
3. Mat photo on 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" white cardstock and adhere to page.
4. The last page will be the back cover (6 1/4" x 6 1/4" kraft cover).  Adhere 4 1/2" x 6 1/4" green cardstock to left side of cover.
5. Adhere 1 3/4" x 6 1/4" yellow cardstock to right side of cover.
6. Apply rub-on circles to yellow cardstock.
7. Mat photo on 4 1/4" x 4 1/4" white cardstock and adhere to page.
8. Adhere buttons to page using Glue Dots.
9. Print label on orange cardstock and adhere below photo.

Binding:

1. Punch holes for binding in the left side of the pages using Bind-it-All. Start each of the pages in the same place so the holes line up throughout the book.
2. Open to the middle of the book before weaving the 3/4" black wire through the pages. This makes sure the seam of the wire is on the inside of the book instead of being seen on the outside.
3. Place the book, wire side down, into the Bind-it-All and clamp down until the wire is sealed closed.
