Instructions

1. Adhere 4 1/2" x 1" strips of patterned paper to top of card.
2. Adhere 3" x 3 3/4" black cardstock to card.
3. Punch scallop border on top of 3" x 3 1/2" yellow patterned paper and adhere to black cardstock.
4. Stamp sentiment in lower left corner of card.
5. Punch scallop border on top of 2 3/4" x 3 3/8" natural cardstock.
6. Stamp girl on natural cardstock and blue patterned paper.
7. Cut dress out of blue patterned paper and adhere to natural cardstock.
8. Color girl's hair.
9. Adhere natural cardstock to card.
